It is in this general spirit of freedom and

equality that the doctrine of the "Three Aspects of

Democracy" differs most widely from Leninism: the two

cannot be confused. Despotism is the all-pervading

spirit of Leninism.

The so-called Social Revolution of Leninism

employs authocratic measures. It is rabid, it works in

darkness, it is avaricious, inhuman, unreasonable and

ineffective. The Social Revolution of the "Three Aspects of Democracy" employs democratic methods. It is peaceful

and open.

It follows economic principles and is moral,

reasonable, and effective.

The so-called World Revolution of Leninism is

an autocracy of the Third International. The World

Revolution of the "Three Aspects of Democracy" demands liberty and equality for the World, that is, it is a

universal doctrine. Leninist Communism since it rejects

Democracy cannot bring about Socialism in accordance with

economic law; and even when it comes to full flower cannot secure real economic autonomy for the whole populace.

Beyond doubt

It is in fact "Communism in the Clouds". Socialism and Democracy cannot be separated.

The ultimate object of society is to secure free- dom and equality. The "Three Aspects of Democracy" from

beginning to end preaches Revolution for the sake of free-

dom and equality, Revolution for the sake of nationalism,

democracy and the livelihood of the people, and will not

rest until World Universalism has been attained. There-

fore the "Three Aspects of Democracy" is the most pro- gressive and revolutionary of all principles. Therefore the Communists who have prejudiced and caused harm to the "Three Aspects of Democracy" are reactionaries and counter- revolutionaries.
